At Pema, we value your time and decision and understand the unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation or rescheduling of services/packages/appointments. We hereby, put forward policies to abide by while going ahead with cancellation procedure.
Terms and conditions:
The guest intends to re-schedule the reservation he/she is entitled to get services of equivalent value of the booked amount without any deductions. In such an event the user must send a specific request to email@example.com and get confirmation of the revised reservation (within 3 months’ max subject to availability of slot for the service). Please note only one-time re-scheduling is allowed. The variance amount if any for the services being offered will be charged as per the current prices.
As soon as an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, a formal email will be shared on the registered email. The amount of refund is calculated on the entire service/package opted and not on the amount paid by the user.
Any grievances and claims related to cancellation/refund should be reported to Pema support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of service date.
