Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pema, we value your time and decision and understand the unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation or rescheduling of services/packages/appointments. We hereby, put forward policies to abide by while going ahead with cancellation procedure.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions:

  • Cancellations made three days before the date of arrival will attract no retention; however, INR 4000 per room will becharged as service charge for refunding the amount.
  • Cancellation made within 3-2 days of arrival will attract 50% of the 3 night's deposit.
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival/No show will attract entire 3 nights advance as retention.


The guest intends to re-schedule the reservation he/she is entitled to get services of equivalent value of the booked amount without any deductions. In such an event the user must send a specific request to and get confirmation of the revised reservation (within 3 months’ max subject to availability of slot for the service). Please note only one-time re-scheduling is allowed. The variance amount if any for the services being offered will be charged as per the current prices.

Terms of Refund

As soon as an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, a formal email will be shared on the registered email. The amount of refund is calculated on the entire service/package opted and not on the amount paid by the user.
Any grievances and claims related to cancellation/refund should be reported to Pema support team at within two days of service date.
