At Baypark, we value your time and decision and understand the unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation or rescheduling of services/packages/appointments. We hereby, put forward policies to abide by while going ahead with cancellation procedure
User's confirmation for services /packages/consultation/appointment made through the website of Baypark (www.pemawellness.co) can be cancelled as per user's choice.The method of cancellation is herewith indicated or guided by the payment gateway of the website
Upon the completion of the process of cancellation by the user, he/she will receive a notification mail/message confirming the cancellation for initiation of the refund. As per the user’s choice/request the services/packages/consultation/appointment booking amount paid to Baypark will be refunded to the user's bank account, from where the payment was initiated, within seven business days subject to the following terms and conditions:
-If the cancellation by the user is carried out three days before the scheduled booked service/consultation/appointment the user is entitled to get the refund of 75% of the services/package/consultation/appointment amount. -If the cancellation by the user is made 24 hours before the booked service/appointment, the user is entitled to get the refund of 50% of the services/package/consultation/appointment amount.
If the cancellation by the user is made less than 24 hours before the booked service/appointment no amount will be refunded
The user intends to re-schedule the service/package/consultation/appointment, he/she is entitled to get services of equivalent value of the booked amount without any deductions. In such an event the user must send a specific request to email@example.com and get confirmation of the service /appointment at revised date and time (within 3 months max) from Baypark in respect subject to availability of slot for the service as proposed by the user. Only one time re-scheduling will be allowed by the Baypark to the users. The variance amount if any for the service/package/consultation/appointment will be charged by the Baypark.
As soon as an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, the user gets the information at his/her registered email and a SMS on the registered mobile number. The amounts of refund is calculated on whole service/package opted by the user and not on the amount paid by the user.
Any grievances and claims related to cancellation / refund should be reported to Baypark support team at firstname.lastname@example.org two days of service date
